Turf is being removed and to be relayed with the final match pitch per original scope of work. BarçaOne webcam has been put on a loop of the exterior of Camp Nou in the meantime

I always understood the temporary turf was intended to test the drainage & irrigation systems but never quite understood why the curva sud 3rd level section appears to be intentionally left for last. Else most of the interior looks very advanced to accommodate the 60k - last remaining seats below press box sure to be done soon

I suspect a temporary scoreboard will be needed as well until the roof stage advances during the year

What barca has over madrid is the huge space surrounding camp nou including multiple old buildings. If barca dont mess up, the whole space could be coceived as a tourist attraction even for non football fans.. this could turn into a money making mini-hub. But all will depend on how barca uses the space. They have to think of making it profiting in the most efficient way.

Surely we have retained an option for Montjuic.

Laporta will be desperate to debut at the new Stadium this season though.

Imagine pushing through the stadium, losing elections, and then the new board run the first game there.

He would just blame it on the city council and his worshipers would belive and defend him.

Hope we really return in September but that's far from given IMO.

I could be wrong, but I think they'll manage until Gamper. At least the first stand should be ready to open, as the entry points getting cleaner by the day. Limak already installs barriers to seperate these points and the construction. Second stand should follow later.

The best lie was that they'll have to pay a million for every day of delay and people belived it. :ROFLMAO: They would have paid the whole stadium with that money. It really shows people will believe every shit the club leaks.

The first two tiers have to be completly finished to get the permit.
