Raphina should play striker or back up RW.

Lewan Tractor should be forced out with Fermin and Torres rotating between striker and LW.

Too much of this trying to fit a square peg into a round hole.

Stegen holding the trophy was a joke anyway. I can't believe he owned the trophy. Just give it to guys who really won it. That's what real leader would do anyway.

Only a 1 year renewal I'm fine with that, this is more about giving him an improved salary than long term commitment.

If this is the approach we take with players that are 29+, I'm good with it.

Very good decision just to extend one year until 2028. He'll be 29 next month and his playing style is very physically demanding. You can expect him to start running slower and less in around 2-3 years.
Bartomeu would have given him a new 5-6 year contract with a huge salary after such a season, that we wouldn't be able to get rid off again.
