I think abidal is too slow for LB and there are alba, adriano or even montoya. I thnik we don´t see the same good footballer abidal any more like before disease. But I think he gets his opportunity unimportant matches or or the last 15-20 minutes.

Yeah, that was a fantastic run. The pass to Messi was on target, but well defended with a sliding kick-block. Better choice would have been to lift the pass, or cut back to Pedro, but you can't predict those things in the moment. If you are used to passing with surgical precision with the ball on the carpet, it's hard to change gears.

He was in truly GOD mode. Attack, Defense, Midfield this guy was everywhere. This was his best match defensively and that too with his usual attacking overlaps. One time he actually showed frustration that nobody could cope up with his speed

If he can work a little on his finishing. I know its unfair as he's a fullback but with his speed he gets a lot of chances and we could certainly do with more goalscoring threats

Really impressed by his defensive skills we all knew of his attacking skills, I have yet to see a game where we could point him out as the weak link at the back
