Maybe you're right, but I see some things I don't like at all.

Improve the team and the things you don't like will disappear easily most likely.

Having a 18 year old player having to try to dribble through everyone is not due to him wanting to do it by himself, but due to his only significant help and partner in Raphinha being injured on and off and never hitting stride all season.

Lewandowski, Ferran are just not helping him at all and Fermin and Olmo have two great games followed up with 10 bad ones.

It's like Messi during the years where he had a very poor team around him trying to do everything by himself, it not always working and then getting killed for it on here.

Except Messi was older and much better obviously.

A good start to get back some authority over him is simply sub him if he's having a very bad game. Maybe try both Rashford, and Raphinha at the same time. This maybe would make him reflect at some things.

They can't even rest him vs segunda sides if he doesn't approve of it.

Would have been moronic to sub him today.

By and large the best players dont get subbed other than resting them.

Some criticism is truly valid. I don't think Lamine is above criticism, far from it.

But I thought people would learn from the Messi years that when a player is doing too much it's usually because the players around him are not contributing at all.

Yeah that is not the right path but unfortunately there is no path at all.

I genuinely believe he's a big question mark over the next 5 years; he has too many bad habits already and someone needs to sit him down at the club.
