He is really struggling to score this season. He hasn't showed consistency in scoring yet but he always had a banger in store last season, but even those dried up.

I'd like to believe his shooting has been off due to his groin injury still affecting him. I don't see him getting as much power into his shots as earlier.

Shooting significantly affects the groin, as the powerful, dynamic motion involves intense adductor muscle use, increasing the risk of strains and athletic pubalgia (sports hernia), causing pain, tightness, and weakness, especially with sudden movements or improper technique.

He scored a top shelf banger against Mallorca in the first game of the season and in general he seemed to go for shots more before his injury.

He just doesn't know how to shoot. So far he got some top corner bangers but how many does he try to hit those few. He fluffs 3-4 shots every game that go nowhere. Then he misses 1v1s and sitters.

He needs to create better angle to shoot. And of course his off ball movement to attack opponent's box.

Need some tweaks in his position too if he wants to be a better goalscorer. Now he is a creative winger whose main job is taking on defenders and creating chances. He is the best right now.
