These release clauses are way too low
He turned 18 four days ago; he couldn't sign a professional contract before then. He won't like the prospect of being behind Olmo and Fermin here. He could, of course, extend his contract and insist on a loan, but several clubs have surely already sent out better salary offers. The real problem is that players shouldn't play in the first team before they're 18 and have signed a professional contract; then these kinds of situations wouldn't arise.

He just turned 18. With Olmo being the most fragile player we have and I don't think he'll still be here in the next 5 years, only Fermin is ahead of him in the long run. Why the rush?

To be honest attacking midfielders is probably the one position we have covered in La Masia right now.

Ebrima Tunkara in particular who we just renewed.

They depend on the salary if I remember correctly. You can't give a youth player with 100k salary a huge release clause. It must be proportionate to the salary.

I understand him wanting to leave, he's 18 already. Olmo, Fermin and Gavi are all young and in front of him. He needs constantly playing time at this age to keep developing. I just hope we'll manage to convince him to agree to a buyback option in case he goes through the roof.
