Basta yaaaaaaa, Cabron ! y Bona nit 🥂
Great news. Puig playstyle and Puig level talent. He's leaving because he probably knows himself he is miles off what's required here.

We've been here many many times before. A release clause paid that looks too cheap and Barca are getting screwed which infact turns out to be far higher than anything we could have ever got for him.

Moriba, Faye, Guiu, list is endless.

Seems like a dumb decision, for him and for us too..im guessing he is frustrated and upset than he wasn't even on the bench in Santander? Or maybe he doesnt feel than he is good enough ? He will prolly end up in Saudi Arabia or Qatar.

The release clauses should be much higher for these youngsters. Even if he turns out to be slightly worse than Moriba, that's still good enough for most teams in the top leagues.

Have a feeling he will be solid in a few years time.

No matter how you look at it it's a massive failure for us letting him go that cheap.
Already mentioned a few times, the release clause must be in proportion to the salary. Since youth players have a low salary, they have also a low release clause. There are exceptions for top players, but not for youth.

Legal Proportionality: Spanish law (Royal Decree 1006/1985) dictates that release clauses should be proportional to the player's salary. If a clause is set at an excessively high, non-proportional value, it can potentially be challenged in court.
