Potential banana skin at Anoeta, San Sebastian. Only 3 days after another away match against Racing in Copa.

Just saw: While we play Copa in Santander on Thursday, Sociedad plays their Copa match against Osasuna on Tuesday already.

2 full days of rest more for Sociedad nevermind the trip Barca has to make.

The winning run has to end somewhere tbf

But I believe we can do this. Team is in very great shape. Sociedad not really

Also yeah we have superman on goal. Proved pretty helpful in last 2 away games

It will happen one day, but it's not this Sunday. We will draw in 90 mins vs Stantander, win in ET, then win vs Sociedad. Run ends and we carry on.

We have been playing our best football of the season in the last 30 days or so. I don't see us dropping that momentum easily especially after we just beat Real.

We have gotten most of our players back from injuries and many of the players now face competition for their position so that should only add extra motivation for the players. The spirit and willingness to work should be high.

Read that too. Something about his 2nd season curse or something. Or keeping our players motivated.

Anyway, Sociedad won in a Copa match against Osasuna after extra time and on penalties yesterday. But won't matter as they have 2 full days more of rest than Barca.

Huge games ahead for us in the next 6 days. The last 2 away games in a run of what was it, 10 straight games in a row away from Camp Nou? It can impact the season in a big way if we get the much needed 6 points vs Sociedad and Slavia.

I expect our best version in these games, and then back at home with soon to be 60k + crowd. Sociedad is doing poorly this season, but still dangerous.

We should be humble and treat them with respect, since at the end of the day it was them who ended our great run between the start of October and near the middle of November.

Recent success and RM's misery aside, points dropped vs Sociedad means RM have everything in their own hands again in Liga. As for the game after that, we have to win to have any sort of chance of finishing top 8 in CL, not in our hands there.

So the upcoming two games are very important to keep momentum. One would think we were much clearer in the tables in relation to how things have panned out. 1 bad game is all it takes to turn everything around.
