Pure ability-wise he's better than Rashford. He should play more games, either vs weaker LL teams instead of Yamal or together with him alternating at RW and CAM vs stronger opponents. Or just more sub appearances. Looking like a legit diamond now.

What we saw vs Betis was phenomenal with Lamine and Roony. No idea why we never saw it afterwards

I reckon Roony will get more chances in second half of the season

I have low expectations of him. I think he lacks certain skills to be top class player. I can't see how he is going to damage say, Bayern or PSG. Can ball against most Liga teams though.

He lack speed for a winger, true. He is unpredictable when in the final area though. Can pass, shoot well, cut in or go wide.

Against best teams he would need world class movement to get to good chances, after that he needs to take them. If he can he will be very clutch, but I don't think he's that type of player, that sounds more like young Ansu Fati.

I don't think he is gonna be a potential top class player, but that would be a huge deal for us. I am fine with what he showed so far as a squad player and I think he should be given more minutes. Rather than push Raphinha 10, move Yamal there, and let Roony get some more minutes. Yamal is more suited as 10 than Raph anyway and makes more sense.
