No chance of CL - in fact, a very likely outcome is a beatdown from one of the more well oiled sides like PSG (we know their top level), Bayern, and even the likes of Chelsea or Arsenal or City.

The defense is just too comical to expect anything. The 6-7 in the semis last season may have come off as an epic result (despite a loss), but we saw what Inter's true level was - they were clowns and had we been in the final, we would have gotten 1-3ed or 2-5ed.

The 11 has too many holes (lack of proper ST, lack of proper 3rd midfield option, lack of TWO CBs, hot and cold RB, regressing LB).

They had 0 depth and were finished by business end of the season. The effort they put against us in semis was their absolute last bits of energy

But before that their overall game was fantastic, they were a complete team. And I remember people saying through the season Inter is the team they wouldn't like to meet in KO's because of how well suited they are to hurt us. And they were right

Inter wasnt as good as in season 23/24, imo they were 1-2 level worse last season BUT vs Barca they were completely different than in their matches before. In these 2 games 99% of the teams itw would have lost against them, keeping it so close was a miracle from Flick. In final they were back to their normal level of that season even though i have to say PSG was icecold, dont think any other team would have won against them, LE created a monster team.

In terms of CL, im optimistic, with Raphi we look different. There is already a huge improvement compared to the games earlier in this season, maybe we will peak in 2nd half like PSG did last season. The defence is horrible atm but there were games where they looked solid and for CL you also need a bit luck.
Whatever happens we can be sure that Hansi is extracting the full potential from this squad.

Inter were decent last season, but nothing special. Bayern and Barca were a joke defensively. The goals they received were hilarious. They almost beat themselves.
