First things first, calm down. 😂

Truly world class players: Alisson, Thiago Silva, Casemiro, Fabinho, Alves, Marcelo, Coutinho, Fernandinho, Vinicius, Raphinha, Firmino, Ederson.

Then there are others like David Luiz, Jesus, Marquinhos, Hulk, Oscar, Ramires, Willian, Miranda, Taison, Rodrygo, Sandro.

And I'm forgetting many others.

This is an amazing generation of players. Amazing. Just because Brazil have had monster squads in the past doesn't mean this generation wasn't talented. You calling them "idiots who can't kick a ball" is embarrassing for you. All these players have won stuff at the highest level and many of them were the best in the world in their positions.
Brazil had good keepers, defenders, and wingbacks (Alves and Marcelo), they didn't have forwards at the level of Aguero, Lautora Martinez, Higuain, you can check the goals they scored and compare with what Brazil had (Diego Costa would've been great for them). I don't think they had wingers of Di Maria's quality (Douglas Costa and Willian were good, but not at Di Maria's level).

I don't think they had midfielders with the quality of Enzo Fernadez or Mac Allister who could hold the ball well (they had good defensive midfielders though).

About Vini, Rodrgo and Raphinha (they're quality players but they weren't at their peak when Neymar was there, cause they would've been great together)

Nevertheless, I think their squad was still good, but Neymar kept getting injured at critical moments

They didn't have wingers on Di Maria's level? They didn't have forwards on Higuain's level?

What is Neymar supposed to do then? He had the likes of Firmino, Jesus and Willian who were excellent hardworking selfless forwards for support. It's perfectly set up for a superstar to lead the attack.

Enzo is a massive flop at Chelsea. Mac Allister was at Brighton back then and is awful this season. They aren't anywhere near World Class. I'm a Liverpool fan and Prime Fabinho was levels above Mac Allister and the best DM itw.

Brazil also had Prime Coutinho who was one of the best players around at the time. That sort of individual brilliance is massive in tournaments.

Brazil had more than enough options in 2018 and 2022.

In 2018, only France and Belgium had better teams than Brazil.

Brazil just couldn't find their Scaloni or Deschamps. The manager is the main guy.

Embarassing downfall really for someone who once was one of the best of his generation.

In couple of decade I can see lots of bitterness in how his career turned out to be when he left Barca and never really took elite footballer's lifestyle that seriously. Sure he has hundreds of millions to comfort him but I think most elite athletes at some point will ponder what kind of legacy they left and what kind of legacy they could have left if they had given all they could to the sport.

Tite is a great coach too. Possibly the best Brazilian coach for decade.

Brazil under Tite were always top favourite in major tournament. Neymar himself only had one great tournament (2021 Copa). Other than that he was just decent.

Crazy that Dembele achieved Neymar's dream. Move to qsg, won UCL and Bdor.

Meanwhile Neymar will get relegated with his team.

Worthy ending of Neyclown.

Agree that Tite was a great coach.

He was unlucky that Brazil didn't had great midfielders like RdP, Enzo Fernandez and MacA that would win them the WC.

It's pretty nuts how everything went down. Neymar was supposed to be the Messi heir, but in the end it was Dembele winning the Bdor. What a world we live in. Nobody could have predict that, other than the decade of dominance guy.. He knew Dembele.

Chelsea and PL fans who actually watch the league disagree. Look at the fee. Infact he's been alright in the new role he's playing in but he isn't playing like the DLP Chelsea signed. They had to change his role a lot. Caicedo and Palmer are the established main players now. Enzo was supposed to be that.

Probably but still not Scaloni or Deschamps level who are ideal international coaches.

Perceptions have changed already lol - Chelsea and PL fans who actually watches matches will let you know for that.

The fact that he's been playing decently in a role that does not suit him speaks of his quality.

He's playing that role because he was a dud in the role they actually signed him for.

He was played in his preferred position before this.

Couldn't shine like Caicedo and Palmer who are now established world class players.

Incorrect lol he was playing with duds like Gallagher who's all work rate but no bite.

Watch him vs Wolves last week when put in the role that suits him - MOTM instantly. Chelsea fans have raved of that performance.

There's a reason why Enzo is alrady the vice-captain of a club that he joined for only a few years.
