Still will take some time for me to be fully convinced. For every one great action (G/A), he makes around 5 boneheaded plays. More efficient teams, like in CL KO's, will absolutely punish that.

He and Yamal cannot play together unless Rashy is at #9. Sooner Raphinha returns the better as right now both fullbacks have no support defending and one of them is Kounde....

Don't like him at all. Doesn't press and can't play against parked bus. As a substitute he is OK but not good enough for a starting role. Now we know why Deco wanted Diaz in the first place.

He does the basics mostly alright, generates a few good chances and largely takes good shots. His link up and reading of his team mates is where he can still improve. A lot of 1-2 attempts that didn't quite pan out. Balls to Balde too wayward. This is where Flick needs to spin his magic. If he clicks with Yamal, Balde, Fermin or Ferran even a little more consistently his impact will be a lot higher.

He's been playing well & was a good signing but we miss raphinha

Shit first touch. That basically stops him coming a great player. He needs to fix this badly. Also dribbling and decision making in small space.

Way too many times fumbles the ball. Typical for British player. Physicality over ball skills.
