There are some types of squads who could carry this system, especially if you are loaded with athletic players left and right capable of running at the intensity he naively expects for 90 mins. But even in perfect conditions, with this much chaos at the back, any good team can fuck you up.

Anyhow, if his plan is to basically run like crazy non-stop, and that's it, there's nothing else behind it to support it tactically, it's a folly. No matter if you don't run at the level of last season, you can't make teams like Brugges cut you apart almost at will.
