That is exactly what I have been saying. Too many poor decisions/executions in final third when in good positions to attack.

It wasnt lack of urgency more lack of awareness and execution.

Fermin in particular was guilty of it.

We got the ball close to their box like 1 min into the game and somebody don't remember who fumbled it, then we stole it again and fumbled it and I knew this is gonna be a loong night. Most important thing when you press like this is to know what to do when you take the ball. Raphinha was missed but other players need to improve in this too. Make a run, get closer to the goal, it's pretty damn simple

I don't think this is about missing Raphinha, Garcia or even Inigo. This situation is probably the result of the arrogance of our players. After last season, they all thought they were on top of the world. For that reason, the preparations for this season were done poorly by most of the players, and now they’re paying the price for it. I don't think we'll be able to turn this around so easily. Even during the preseason Flick benched Kounde and now we can see why. I am not defending Flick but in certain situations, some players need to get a good slap in the face to sober up.
