It sadly mostly is broke. Tebas doing Tebas shit with backing - we should promote LL, advertise is, hype it etc - instead we make top clubs sell their best players for peanuts to not be sanctioned into nonexistence.

Well, actually it isn't - Italian teams almost always go far in CL, PL teams not so much. Looking at the statistics/history last 30ish years - PL teams suck.
