10 - Lamine Yamal

Not even on Neymar's level? lol

It's ad hominem and ageism to attack Yamal for being young and immature instead of focusing on him as a football player, which we are talking about.

Look at his stats, it is strictly documental. If he continues on the same developmental path, sky is the limit, and we are simply enthusiastic about Barca's future with him in the team. I can see from your posts that you are very emotional about this. Attacking posters, using strong language - you simply WANT Yamal to not be as good as he might become, which is shameful and not the attitude an older person should have towards a youngin

You are playing chess with a pigeon.

Admittedly he's close to Neymar level, but not on his level either for me.

Yes, if he continues. Which is a huge if. Developmental is not often linear. You're trying to frame me as someone who doesn't rate Yamal and wants him to fail. I actually think he's excellent and could well be the best player in the world soon, if he isn't already.

But guys like you wanna turn down A BILLION EUROS for the kid, and say he's non-negotiable 'like Messi'. He simply is not that level of otherworldly talent, even if he is the most talented player right now.

You guys don't wanna hear it, but malvolio is right; the hype is out of control and he has much to work on both on and off the pitch. Not saying he won't get there but the point is, there's too much unknown about him and his future right now to turn down a solid hypothetical billion euro bid in January or next summer.

'Same developmental path'

As I wrote, development is rarely linear. Loads of players shone brightly at the start, then fizzled out. If you think Lamine is immune to this possibility, then think again.

@FinBarcelonafan is one of the better posters on here and definitely a better poster than you and Jam Dav, and he gave me a like for that post, so that tells me that I have a point.

Anyway, this is ultimately a pointless debate.

The sad reality is that you would turn down a billion euro bid for this unknown quantity (about five time the current transfer record, yes FIVE) so you clearly have zero sense of perspective, understanding of the value of money, and are a lunatic.

In the words of that utter clown, i am oot.

Turning down a massive bid for a home-grown superstar is not sad reality, it is football.

But yeah, this is a bit too much for essentially a hypothetical exercise

Finally put you on ignore - it's been a long time coming given your condescending attitude and how much coping, delusional, overly optimistic bollocks you talk about Barca. Glad I don't have to read your overly positive and excuse making posts from now on.

Enjoy the site son.

He's miles off Messi, and it's highly questionable if he will be a top 30 player of all time too. His ceiling is about top 20 or 15, but I think that will prove too much for him.

Still, he can be the best player in the world right now, as donkeys like Haaland and Bellingham are the other contenders. Clowns like those two are considered amongst the world's greatest players and you have the audacity to argue player quality has not declined.

I wouldn't be surprised though if there's a 10 year old kid right now who comes through in 7 or 8 years and surpasses Yamal. We just do not know.

Goodbye.

I made the mistake of reading one of Jam dav's posts, inadvertently.

Of course the thicko has read all this as 'he won't be as good as Messi!'

That's not the argument, thicko - the argument is he won't be within several levels of him and will be below dozens of other players historically too. The only reason he's seen as a Messi analogue is he's a left-footed right winger wearing number 10 who plays for Barca. They're not much alike as footballers.

Not surprised you read these intricate posts and your autistic brain processes it as 'he's not as good as Messi so he's a hype job!'. Cunt.

JamDav - ever been to Camp Nou?

Or are you an internet expert telling everyone all the issues at Barca while watching all the games in your shithole Edinburgh flat in your shit-stained boxers while eating cheerios?

What's stopping you supporting a Scottish club? Other than a fear of not supporting an elite, successful club as you feel it raises your very low self-esteem by association?

Fucking pathetic loser.

Been more times to Camp Nou than you have been to bed with a woman you wee bald depressed celibate.

Maradona..''Imagine sticking your cock in this girl? You'd never be able to take it out'

Angry wee man with not a clue.

Dangerous combination.

Jam Dav - ultimately you - and everyone else on here, even guys I like (sorry, but it's true) - 'support' a club you have no geographical or familial connection to, all because that club wins and it makes you feel more successful in life despite being a fucking talentless, brainless, autistic little loser.

I am mentally strong enough to not need this crutch, and supported my local team for many years before hating them due to politics. Hence, I win by default.

But you are still a frustrated wee celibate who says things on a football forum like ...

..''Imagine sticking your cock in this girl? You'd never be able to take it out'

Happy times.

One tip though.. that makes no sense.
