Ferran would be starter in plenty of teams.

Maybe we should cherish he’s willing to fill backup role here.

Many of teams are not playing this much of games and at this level. I don't like him at all! It's just the thing that if he plays you don't know what he can do. Sometimes so clumsy, sometimes misses 100% chance and jet, gets in as sub and scores. WTF? No consistency or whatever, he can do or not... You never know!

No doubt has Torres improved, he's actually decent back now. But for 50M we could definitively find a better suited player than Torres. For 50M I would sell straight away, no hesitation.

The thing is, 50mil is enough to get a guy who might be better than Torres but most likely not. Id rather bet on Torres who is happy with his role and performing well. Don't try to fix something which isn't broken.

Let's agree to disagree... Torres has no doubt improved, he's much closer to a 50M evaluation than he was before. But still, dude isn't a 50M player. If we get a 50M bid, I would most probably take it. It's not night and day like it was 2 seasons ago, but I would still take it and we would be upgraded imho.

It all depends on the investment.

Right now Ferran for 50m doesn't solve our problems as need a LW and then a Ferran replacement.

Let Villa get back into the CL and buy Ferran next season. Onion, Virgili, Diarra or someone else might be ready in a year.
