Tim Steidten's appointment gives me hope.
From what I have read, the guy is a very good negotiator. So if we are able to identify targets well, we are likely to make a better deal than what our fanbase usually expect.
Could be a hit or miss with his scouting and talent recruitment, but with our expertise on identifying technical players, it might be a blessing in disguise.
