Should be starting kluivert, plus do need to force both frimpong and Dumfries in the team, should go with frimpong.

They have a weakness in midfield that will stop them from actually winning the WC.

Yeah tend to agree with most of that. Certainly Kluivert and choosing Frimpong over Denzel. Saying that Frimpong can play further forward. But id' rather see him RB and Kluivert where Frimpong is now at RW.

Really like how their team is shaping up.

They have VVD and some great, fast defenders.

Frenkie Reijinders Gravenberch is a tasty midfield.

If their attackers can do the business they can be dark horses for the WC.

Yeah, it’s undermentioned but it’s a bit of a miracle Netherlands are back to having solid generation of players in such a short time. Only a few years ago things were looking really dire.

Netherlands is the best football country size/population to output considered

Croatia is second, but not that close

I mean they're not that big as a country but have produced soo many great footballers over the years

Also Ajax with 4 CL titles

Out of all countries without WC they deserve it the most

I doubt it's the 2026 one but they do have a great team and can go far

Meh won't have them ahead because of dinosaur era world cups

Also the 1930 one was quite literally stolen

Since then they haven't been able to make a top generation that poses significant chances for world cup

While Netherlands and Croatia have both created multiple great generations

Also not so many all time great Uruguayan footballers

Maybe you can have them ahead of Croatia, that's arguable but Netherlands definitely holds the first spot

Uruguay is pretty impressive tbf. Population size of only around 3.5 million.

Netherlands is 1/4th of size but has 16 million.

Croatia too. Only 3.5

I'd say Uruguay. The poor football infrastructure comes as handicap turning professional.

I remember as a kid, we were rarely allowed to play at the local stadium on grass, so we did it on concrete ground and clay. You buy a new Adidas ball and it's ruined in hours.:lol:
