Don't think United will go for that. Forget Rashford.
They're not in the driver's seat though. Especially if they keep Amorim, who doesn't plan with Rashford. So Rashford can force another loan deal, if he really wants. His contract runs until 2028 and United can't afford to let him rot on the stands right now.

The fact that they are showing interest in Rashford and Diaz, tells us they want a LF more than a LW.

Gives them more options

Wishful thinking that they will spend money on a striker instead if we are getting him on loan?

Murmurs that our LW signing will be Ben Seghir, and that our negotiation for him is what is faciliating the Fati move.
Am I a Barca Scout now father?
:rofl1:
As I said before, I want a player like Ben Seghir in Barca. Looked promising. And he might be cheap. Anything around 30-40m is good business for us.

I think it only underscores what has previously been shared, besides a LW an established goalscorer is needed. Beauty of Rashford is he can do both

If we get rashford we dont need a striker. He can play LW and ST. Raphinha will be main option on LW. Rashford could get ahead of lewa and ferran and play LW when rapha needs a break, or lamine

And it is already safe we don’t buy a natural striker this summer

Rashford’s going to come hard and will give his all. He’s desperate to prove himself—his stock is down, he’s been written off, and he knows it. With the World Cup coming up, he has everything to fight for.

Barca provides huge motivation now. If you can't play well next to Pedri, Raphinha, Lamine etc... and with Flick's attacking tactics, then you're really finished as a winger.

Look at McTominay. Walks away from that shitehole and he becomes Serie A player of the season. United had so many crap managers and their club is so fucked up... that any player we sign from them almost will see immediate upgrade in performances.

On the cheap, United is good place to sign from.

I would only sign him a loan + option to buy though.

Unless Man Utd are willing to reduce their demands to 30m euros max which is probably never happening.
