Or how about this, in the 80s and early 90s remember

'Liverpool's spending during the 1980s was substantial, with notable signings like Peter Beardsley (£1.9 million in 1987) and Dean Saunders (£2.9 million in 1991). '

Just because I can't be bothered typing it and reading it myself. Bear in mind how much these fees would be now.

In the 1990s, Liverpool's transfer spending was considered significant for the time, with notable signings like Stan Collymore (£8.5m), Paul Stewart (£2.3m), Nigel Clough (£2.75m), and Jason McAteer (£4.5m). The club also made a few high-profile signings during the mid-90s, including Phil Babb (£3.6m) and John Scales (£3.5m). While Liverpool had some successful signings, they also had some that didn't pan out as expected, leading to a mixed bag of results in terms of success and financial performance.

Yeah. No one wants to remember paying millions for those names.

Why the fuck would he reject Bayern? His country, his people, his buddies from the NT, he could make wonders with Musiala. Maybe fears being in his shadow and wants a team for himself, my guess.

Said he would only move to Bayern on a free transfer or Madrid on a free transfer, so chose Liverpool.

Joan beat me to it.

@Temptation Congrats!
This is huge!

Bayern tried to play their usual dirty strategy in eradicating all German opponents by stealing their best players...
And the stingy cunts wanted to do at cut-price, without putting out of their pocket substantial money

It's absolutely agreeable to see them getting rejected by the player himself.
An EPL club beating them on their own turf for a German national.
Straight at their face..

Things you LOVE TO SEE!!!
