My favorite current youth player is David Moreno, 12 y.o. with Infantil A - a right footed interior who is a remarkably skilled player. Reminds me a bit of Iniesta but more of an attacker, not a winger - probably a future #10

Usually I wait until they are 15 but even with Lamine, some kids are so exceptional they have to be talked about - he's that guy IMHO. Shrewdly identified & signed from Levante who already knew they had a monster on their hands

After Torrents and Baba Kouruma, Brian Farinas renewed his contract until 2028 too. One of those guys I don't think have a longterm future here (could become a solid player though) but will probably stick around next season even if BA is relegated.

Signed a new player for Juvenil A

The club seems to have recognized that players from African decent who are in Spain is the way to go.

Have not been very invested in the youth teams recently, but who are the guys to watch out for in pre-season? Do you think the Fernandez cousins and Quim will make join the tour?

Too early to tell. Fernandez cousins are safe bet along Dani Rodriguez. We usually take a lot of players before the return of those with international duty, so I think the likes of Torrents, Farre, Soma & Kochen would get a call, also some from Juvenil A like Diarra, Virgili, Quim, Cuenca & Kuspo

Would have hoped 1 or 2 got some decent game time these last two games. But with Juvenil A in the Copa de Championes and B looking for a Houdini later, it doesn't seem likely.

Lamine's rise and other teenagers making impact inspired the whole academy it seems. Today I found out about Fode Diallo. Aged 12 and already broke Kubo and Lamine's goal record at U12 last season. 30 games, 97 goals in 2023/24. 38 goals in 30 in 2024/25 at U13.
