He'll play for that 4th tier Dinamo? We're not talking about Dinamo Zagreb?

Why can't they just buy him and get him to Barca B like Faye?

No, he has signed for Dinamo Zagreb few months ago. Don't know how much he'll actually play for their first team if the main goal of this whole deal was money laundering but just training at their facilities or playing with their youth team he'll progress more than training and playing for a 4th tier club he was with previously.

I think we don't want to sign him before he turns 18 to avoid problems. His story is shady as feck. He only turns 18 in October 2026 so won't see him at Barca before January 2027 would be my guess.

Lamine's rise and other teenagers making impact inspired the whole academy it seems. Today I found out about Fode Diallo. Aged 12 and already broke Kubo and Lamine's goal record at U12 last season. 30 games, 97 goals in 2023/24. 38 goals in 30 in 2024/25 at U13.

He's part of the Barcelona LaLiga Promesas tournament right now.

Games are on LaLigas YouTube live.

Good first game, nothing outstanding but very intelligent.

I liked the 5 the most, not just because he grabbed a brace.

Also the number 8, Issa, has so much pace.

Anyway, kids exploding at that age doesn't translate automatically to being the next big thing.

This also invites other clubs to sniff around and lure La Masia kids that feel underappreciated inside their head.

Agreed.

This always a great tournament though. All the LaLiga clubs taking their best talents at the category to compete.

Can see the shift in Barcelona immigration as their team has a much bigger African contingency than the capital these recent years.

Tomorrow evening the quarters start. As a casual watcher, probably the point to start watching.
