Barca really need to be more ruthless about players that are not good in general. It's been a problem at this club. It's simply the way it is when you are aiming to be the best. You don't have time to pamper players who aren't contributing.

There's so many players out there who were capable of achieving bigger things in their careers but never had to chance to play at this level for a team like Barca. Think about someone like Raphinha. He could have played all his career at a level beneath of what he is capable of doing, and still put in 100% at all those clubs with humility and perseverance.
And you have these players who think they are some hot shots, blowing hot smoke without proving anything of note. It is an immense difference when you put these mentalities side by side.
