[Marta Ramon] Barca expect the entire squad, with the exception of Balde and Gavi, to be available for the first leg of the Champions League quarter-finals at Parc des Princes. Pedri and De Jong will train with the group this week to be in Paris.

This should be our best lineup:

MAtS
Kounde - Araujo - Cubarsi - Cancelo
Christensen
Gundo - Frenkie
Yamal - Lewy - Rapha

You can also start Fermin instead of Rapha and save him for the last 30 minutes. I really hope Xavi doesn't make the mistake starting Pedri. I would prefer Felix on the left, but no chance with Xavi.

That would be my lineup too.

Bring in Guiu for Lewy for some pace in the 2nd half.

Guiu been a bit gash for the B and Spain u19 of recent. We should give Roque a bit of a run out in Cadiz just in case he needs to be thrust into action for whatever reason.

Mbappe's goal yesterday was prime example what you need to avoid against them. Rennes loses the ball during their attack near QSG's penalty area, one long ball on Mbappe skipping the midfield, defender doesn't engage the 1 on 1 against him and goal.

Perfect material for Xavi to prepare the team for it:

If we lose the ball and it will happen obviously, the team needs to be prepared to instantly press the player and not give them the opportunity for a precise long ball. If that also fails, either Kounde or Araujo need to engage him. If they just escort him like the Rennes defender did in this situation for fearing a foul / penalty, he will always score.

There team isn't massively better than ours, but they have one thing that will make a huge difference, pace and lots of it.

Which is why I said they were the worst team we could face, I'd rather play city than PSG TBH, if we get through this tie anything is possible.

He is not allowed to shoot in penalty box, put 2-3 men on this dude

Plan B is to do the Payet (EURO 2016 final)....

Two big wins for PSG which is what we feared, that they would come into our fixture with a bit of confidence.

Claire Fountain is the easy girl on the street, so expect her to get a good pounding this weekend from the boys. So another chance to rank up the confidence and a few rotations.

Still, I'd take 90 mins versus 270. Of course we could undo all of the fitness advantages if we stick in an unfit Pedri and Frenkie.

He's 100% gonna start De jong, which I don't think he should, won't make a difference anyways.

Pedri probably won't play the first leg at all.

Frenkie makes sense if fit tbf. He rarely lacks match sharpness when returning to fitness compared to Pedri.
