Something about how he shoots the ball, it just seems off. It seems silly for a rando on the internet to talk about a top level professional footballer not having good shooting technique, but when I see him shoot long/mid range shots, that's just how it appears - bad technique. I think it's more than a 'just practice more' thing with him, I feel like he probably needs to change something concrete in his shooting technique.

He's a bit lacking in quality but adds a lot to the team with his movement. Maybe like Pedro back in the day.

Said he would score & he did, but his finishing is still just awful.

Pedro which is high water mark, isn't missing that change he did one vs one against the keeper.
