was against that shite he pulled when going to qatar instead of taking up a job in european football.

not even bothering now to criticize him. maybe he would be better with an already build squad, like zidane and pep found/got.

Rumours are he wants Grimaldo and Lisandro Martinez...that will fair help with the lack of intensity and physicality.

Lisandro Martinez held up quite well vs. Haaland tbh. He's got some Mascherano in him. Wouldn't mind him. Great on the ball too.

Too many small players in team already.

Fine if one or two but even Pep realised cant get away with it and added power and height to his City team.

Xavi: "Athletic's intensity was better. They fight for each ball as if it were the last and we haven't known how to beat them."

He is taking piss if he cant see that the old legs struggled and were targeted when claiming lack intensity.

Exactly this. Our young guns did fine Vs their intensity. It's the old legs all over the pitch killing us.

Remember when he had his "10 commandments" of coaching?

Those were the 10 players besides himself from 2012 that he was talking about.

Those 10 commandments sounded somewhat promising, but unfortunately Pique(who else) already denied it to be true. Bummer

It's depressing. Because regardless of the results I see nothing in how the team is set up or tactics that gives me hope. No individual player looks like he's beginning to make any improvements either.

Pedri definitely looks better but most likely it's his insane potential coming through. Tough to stop.

Record of his his first 13 games since taking over and Koeman's last 13 games are nearly identical.

Are you including cup games in this? Need more statistics.

Don't even care if it includes Copa del ray. This loss would have only hurt had Madrid lost.

Antonio Conte would have been great here. He wouldn't last long here but he would definitely rattle some cages.
When a legend like Xavi comes and still can't or won't change things you know we are fucked.
Conte has made an immediate impact at Spurs. The problem with Laporta is he will not sack Xavi even if we don't make top four.
