City dominate Chelsea. It reminded me why I love the P L. Chelsea at home played defensively as if down to 10 at Anfield. City deservedly went ahead and then Chelsea woke up and realised they had to attack. But City too good, played them off the park. City high press, Chelsea could not live with. Well done Pep. Well done City. Chelsea outplayed. 3 points to City.
United lost at home. Missed a penalty as well. Oh happy day……

Despite City's recent record against Chelsea they are still by far the best team in England. Champions League is not a great benchmark for me. Not enough games, too random.

Champions League is a different kind of benchmark, the benchmark being which team can handle high leverage situations better. More randomness compared to the league for sure, but 7 KO games (with at least 3 at home) isn't a terribly small sample size either.

Ole is part of the problem with United, but their squad is also overhyped for the moment because most of the players being hyped haven't proven anything (except CR7, Varane, and Pogba).

It's a very talented squad but quite imbalanced. Lots of depth and quality in attacking positions but the 7 positions behind them aren't too strong.
