To make it at a club like Barcelona is also a lot about mentality. When it comes to confidence he has a lot in common with players like Suarez and Neymar. Contrary to "soft" boys like Coutinho. Not gonna say Memphis is of the same quality as Ney and Suarez, he isn't, but he can bring some qualities to the team and he definitely has the right mindset to be a good player for Barca. He has matured and grown a lot since his Manchester days.

Buckets of quality

It's gonna come down to how much focus, discipline and motivation he has which i perceive as some of his weakness. I don't know much about him, but he just strikes me as that type of player.

Rebellious, gets easily bored, needs the spotlight and when things aren't going his way he self-destructs a bit.

Thought he'd play more as a #9 than on the wing, but it is already a big plus to have someone who makes smart runs behind the opposing fullbacks and knows how the offside rule works. We didn't have that since Ansu got injured.
