Pep Guardiola

That's the one yes.

He's the fucking man, sometimes, Pep.
That time he said Mourinho was "the man" prior to an el clasico, too...

With Rosell, I only needed a glance at his face to judge him. How dirty can one person be?
To think that there are people left in the club, taking Rosells party... I understand him having doubts about returning.

Dont get me wrong guys Pep is one of the best in history but look at his teams: Barca with the best players ever, Bayern after they won treble ( failed to win CL) and City (spending a few hundreds millions of money) and still didnt win CL yet. Is this GOAT ?

Pele won three worldcups, does it make him the GOAT ? Brazil was by far the best team in the world that time. Of course Pep doesnt need to win the CL with sevilla but prove me that you can do something special with a small club like Raineri did with Leicester. I mean we are speaking of GOAT level, we cant give everyone this legendary title.

:lol: Pele has pretty strong claim to GOAT status. You're making my argument dawg.

Pep best 'coach' ever and has changed football.

Likes of Fergie were man managers at time football was less tactical then took in others to cover that side of it.

For overall package Pep is the best for me.

Still think he is a bit of a bellend though.

DonAK

President of FC Barcelona
Ferguson who had rebuild Manu several times and did it sucessful, Michels and i think Cruyff.

Cruyff and Michels were true visionaries. Cruyff took a lot from Michels.

But you could arguably make the same argument for them. Ajax and Barcelona were big clubs and they won with big clubs. They didn't really coach smaller teams.

Big clubs yes - but not as big as Pep's clubs. I have expected more from Pep who also invested so much money. Imo he has done amazing work at barca, 4 years playing high end level football but at bayern and city i expected more on international level. Maybe i exaggerate.

No, that was Mourinho's fault.

Can't really claim that cuz his aim wasn't to make a recipe for regular league padding like Pep.

Mou sat for a different reason and teams didn't try to respond by playing sterile football trying to 'dominate' and counteract the parked-bus&surgical-forward-strokes approach intended to give them the biggest chance in 90 mins to score a goal if team locks the other in their own third for 95% of the time.

Pep took the ball and the faith of 80% of less talented/financially poorer teams that they'll ever be able to achieve a desired effect, ergo win/draw, any other way.
Masterful exploitation of the lower class in football.
