Barto needs to step down after this, as the club will be obligated to make recourse on behalf of the socis against him and Rosell for the 20 million damages in fines that they caused, and that can't happen with Barto at the helm.

The really ridiculous part about it is the fact that this entire scheme started out with Rosell deciding that the club shouldn't pay around 2.5 m € in Non Resident income tax. Too bad, now the club will pay around 20 mil. Well done, Sir !
