I think the best option is to get Benatia+Doria and our defence will be set for a long time.

I think he's as equally talented as Laporte

We should be more forward thinking with our vision. Invest in a massively talented prospect like Doria and develop him rather than let other clubs like Roma, Milan etc. buy them on the cheap, develop them and then end up paying 40m for them.

Loco publicly stated Doria wasn't a purchase he wanted. It will be a shame to see him not being properly developed if Bielsa doesn't play him much.

We should have brought him. Kid is a monster and Brazil's best young CB. Botofogo, his club, were desperate to sell and got 10me for him.

Bielsa isn't even letting him sit on the bench anymore, has yet to let him play, and uses makeshift CBs in order not to play him. Doria is so talented but I fear he is being wasted at OM.

Meanwhile Verm has yet to play because he is injured, Mathieu has been good but now injured, and Bartra isn't even getting a look. He could have been our Varane.

We need better South American scouts. Too many gems like him that end up going to garbage teams in Eastern Europe or teams that won't play them.

That's why I've never really liked the Bielsa to Barca suggestion.

Okay, I get it, you didn't want him, but this is horrible man management. Must be heart breaking for Doria, merely a 19 year old in his debut season in Europe, chasing the big dream.

Had I been in his position then I would have lost my cool and probably told Bielsa to suck it and refused to train.
