tbh we never had a real chance ,PSG paid ridiculous money for him and put him out of our price range ,even Zubi isn't stupid enough to pay 50M for a CB with our relatively limited budget with the team needing many players

funny thing is before the germany game and after that free kick he scored against colombia people were nuts about him but yea i agree, i dont think he is a pure defender. He seems to like to play as a midfielder or something, dont think he should be a CB. I like him but his out of position all the time and lack of defense really went over the top.

The reason he becomes emotional before a game is , because the guy knows he is going to show some crappy defending. DL ( david luiz aka defensively lacking ) is actually apologizing to all the brazillian people before the match starts.

Truth of the matter is the hole team needs to be gutted with the exception of oscar-neymar-silva. Everyone else needs to be shown the door. Thats crazy, out of 23 players only 3 are worth keeping. How the hect did the cbf expect this team to win a world cup?? laughable.

The coach is to blame for controlling the tempo. Coach is like a mistro, they are the players. He can have them pumped up with octane ready to explode like David Luiz or set them to a more relaxed mood. David Luiz is over the top with emotions but if you look a the entire team, they were all over emotional and that's why they lost to Germany so badly.

Brazil didn't deserve to lose like this and Germany humiliated them further by scoring 4 consecutive goals in 6 minutes. If football had time out like other sports, they would have gathered their thoughts and prevented the disaster.

Coach couldn't even get them to win today. I know today was perhaps too late but I blame the coach for much of what happened. David Luiz is part of the problem of course.
