Which players should FC Barcelona buy in the upcoming years and why?

With the possible exception of Lahm most right backs and full backs in general seem to be better going forward than defending, Dani's form has improved so I would not sell him.

It's nice to see some people have got some really ambitious plans for the club 
I don't know where the club is gonna get all this money from to fund it all though?

Ideal -
1. young perspective CB for the future (cause we clearly don't produce good defensive players anymore), like Nastasic, Marcos, Inigo ...
2. top world class CB (strong, and with leadership qualities) to be first team player like Kompany, Hummels, Silva, Vertonghen... any of these will be extremely hard to get , that's for sure.
3. attacker to take pressure of Messi. It was Villa earlier, but his stamina is not like it used to be, we need a dynamo, and if possible strong ,fast and effective in front of goal, like Rooney, Aguero ... we're too weak in final third.
4. Neymar, almost here
5. GK- don't know who

It's hard to say obviously but I would say
Sanchez 20 to 30 million
Pedro 20 to 30 million
Villa 10 to 15 million
Alves 15 to 25 million
Valdes nothing unfortunately
That would soften the blow and we could always convince Valdes to stay which would save us paying for a replacement.

Pedro for more than 10mi would happen only if anzhi got him, hehe. But he's a great squad player to have.

I would say some of those figures are ambitious to say the least. Firstly, you have to find a club with funds available to be able to spend that amount of money. Only Atl. Madrid in Spain could afford those fees and that would be dependant on them selling Falcao. In Italy there's only Juve, both the Milan clubs are trying to comply with FFP, then's there's Lazio depending on what they do with Cavani. France, only PSG. Germany, would Bayern want any of those players?, Dortmund might be cash rich, but they tend to buy young players that they can develop. In the Premier League, there's Man Utd & City, Chelsea and maybe Arsenal. Outside of them there's Anzi, but could you see any of those players wanting to go there - Alves maybe for one final payday.
