He's still just 17.

He will be 18 next summer and can join us, will be interesting if he wants a comeback or will move on with his career elsewhere

Great news. Not only sporting wise but economically as well given the huge potential for revenues in Japan and East Asia if he succeeds.

Getting at Son's level would be a huge success for him and Barca. The odds are stacked against him though.

Taller than I thought. 1.73m at the age of 17 is good. He should get at least extra 5cm, which is great.

Really happy to see him come back. He hasn't played much in the J-League but his stats look good at J-3 where he has been playing for the U-23 side.

Hopefully he gets a solid half season in J1 2019 before joining a promoted Barca B next season. If not we would have to think of a strategic loan to avoid the beurocratic issues non-eu players face moving to Barca B. Perhaps wherever Inui is at in LaLiga to help acclimatise.
