He was the least of the problems today.
Worse than him: Alba, Dest, Lenglet, Mingueza, FdJ, Coutinho
Equal : Braithwaite, Greizmann, Messi, Pranjic, Dembele, Pedri, Trincao, ter Stegen
Better: Nobody.

As a team Barca were generally poor but in terms of what Busquets was required to do he was better than most.

He moves the ball so slowly it's tragic to watch in 2020. To be fair he did create arguably the biggest chance of the game for Dest. Also tried many lobbed through balls onto the right wing but they lacked precision.

I thought this was no brainer. Pjanic offers way more threat as a shooter/passer than Busi. They both suck in defense .

Just play with De Jong and Pedri/Puig as CDM , go yolo in attack because we will concede some stupid goals every game

Played a couple of decent lobbed balls to Dest but that's about it. Right now he's useless and a liability defensively. Can't tackle, too slow tracking back and in general, weak on the ground and in the air and can't shoot from range. Lots of times he was in position to give the ball a whack but instead opted for his trademark short pass.

The reason we get fecked on counters is because both pivots are too slow and weak.
