Seriously. Mou gave Varane a chance against Barca in 2013 in a Copa game and he fucking bossed us. Varane was just about at the level Todibo is now. A competent manager would actually give him a chance, but EV has no redeeming qualities.

Umtiti has been bad, to mediocre 95% of the games he's played since he came back from injury. He only plays today because he is a name in the locker room and he was once very good 2 years ago. That's what matters for Valverde the most. Locker room status, experience, name, past level. Everything else is secondary.
