This is some real Arsenal stuff here, from Chelsea.
Its a damn shame that Chelseafantv doesnt have as many ridiculous characters on their show though.

Pep's work with these players is spectacular. In 3 years under Pep they've grown so much. Even this Zinchenko kid looks like he's gonna be a fine LB. When you have someone like Guardiola, you can sign 22-23 years old players because you know they're gonna progress a lot in a very short period of time.

You grow as a player more in 6 months with Pep/Klopp than with any other manager in years.

After all these years, and top clubs still haven`t figured out that Luiz is a fraud of a defender? I just dont get it.

forget zinchenko, now imagine actual mercurial talents like dembele, FDJ, and arthur under those managers. world class manager is literally the only missing piece for us in quest for a european double :valverde:

If this Zinchenko kid can play like that, imagine what Guardiola would do with a fullback like Semedo. Guy would be the best RB in the world in 1 year max.

Here you see the end of Luiz's career. Everything after that was a bonus.

Hmmm. Maybe he doesn't want to play a different way and wants to implement his own style?

With players that have been there, done that, many are 28+ and will not change their ways in a few months? Fucking stupid. Benitez level adaptability. Dude is a fucking moron for thinking they would be as open to teaching as Pep's taboon of under 23s. Change the damn tune a bit, adapt and if you innnovate a way to tailor your approach to experienced squads then you can go absolutely anywhere. ATM he's a preacher drillmaster that acts like he knows better and that's that. If he stays this way, the only clubs this will work with is sheikh teams with deep pockets who will buy him the material he needs.

Even Barcelona this would be difficult, because he'd need to make concessions for lazy ass 30+ forwards who have won it all and wouldn't be nearly as reliable defensively as this way of football demands them to be.

Some of the best managers don't adapt to their players as much as they shape their squads and select players based on their own vision of the game. If Sarri is great enough to demand such freedom, or whether clubs like Chelsea will give that to him is very much doubtful.

About the bold part, sure. At Barcelona, only a great motivator would be able to make the likes of Messi, Suarez, Pique, Busi etc. work hard after they've won so much in their careers. Doubt Sarri is one, even though stylistically he's the right fit. There is also the slight possibility of these players having a stroke of ego after the recent bad results in Europe and decide they need to do something about that, but it's pretty slim. They do the talk, but don't put up.
