I just want to enjoy watching Barca games again, even if that means that we need to bring Neymar back.

Bad use of money, and wtf are we gonna do with Coutinho? He needs to be sold, not Dembele.
Neymar had 2 Jones' fractures in 2 years which is massively career altering, he's a selfish black hole on offense that will immediately take away too many touches from Messi, and he's declining.
Of course, he's still a top 3 player in the world. He'd probably help us be better in the CL, but we should already be trying to buy players who do that and fit better/are a better use of resources.
Neymar is better than nothing but he's a high opportunity cost transfer, there's a lot of far better options for cheaper that let us build a more balanced squad overall rather than dumping all our money in one player and still having that dumpster fire Coutinho to deal with.
We should be trying to have a summer with purchases like: FDJ, de Ligt, Jovic/Griezmann, Sane, new RB
Out: Coutinho, Rakitic, Roberto/Semedo, maybe Dembele if they really don't believe in him anymore.
