Of course we need the money. How can you bid a 100M for a player if the budget is only 60M. Why would we do that every player? We will only do it for the players who can actually help us. Point is if he is available we have to try, just because we know he will likely go to real doesn't mean we have to stop. If we are interested we have to to try. Either we get him or the price is jacked.

And for the last point that is only temporary, they will probably replace Suarez in the center in one or two seasons. Anyway central player is not a priority this season. Schadenfreude, schadenfreude everywhere from not just Real Madrid fans but almost all other fans watching this saga enthusiastically and seeing us being ditched and weakened gleefully.

We will just grit our teeth and pull it through. Perhaps this will be a blessing in disguise, it will force our big wigs to think about acquiring young promising talents not only to replace Neymar but to plant the seeds for post-Messi transition too. I sincerely hope.

I don't get this, likely or unlikely deal.

Any player can change his mind. He won't get a starting role at Madrid either and likely replace Bale there next year at RW. At Barca Mbappe can have a starting role at LW and in two years be the CF.

He'll be the future of the team along with another signing like Dembele who's also a very close friend of his.

No matter what, the club got to go after Hazard, Dembele, Mbappe, Dybala and sign two of them even if it means selling Gomes and Denis or Rafinha.

They just got to go all in now. This is ridiculous and embarrassing for the club, and definitely not good marketing-wise or when it comes to our sponsors either.
