Yeah he's replacing Jordi Cruyff

I think the truth is a range of factors 3 main ones really

1 didn't fancy bellingham much

2 is close friends with deco and doesn't seem to fancy Jordi much

3 Aston villa probably didn't want him to stay and finish his summer business with barca and wanted him ASAP

Likely all 3 played a part

I think Alemany liked the idea of working with Deco more than Jordi as they probably have very similar ideas.
