What I expect is that Lucho will stop rotating come the second half of the season, and the team will get in form.

It'll be very hard for him to do that with so much depth.

MSN needs to play because attack is the most important part of Lucho's system. Also, Alcacer is nowhere near the quality of MSN. He can't rotate them and even if he does, he will need to severely change the formation. Mid was never the focus of this Barca team under Lucho. It was always the strong attack and defense that carried us to the trophies.

Ok, I may be exaggerating but it's hard to disagree that without MSN performing our team would be in serious shambles regardless of how good/bad the mid is.

Then how do you explain the 0-4 win against RM ? I think it was because Enrique's tactic was better than Benitez's one and because our middlefield was better. MSN saved us many times but do not forget that in 2015 our mids did a really good job defensivly (Against Madrid; Bayern; that Iniesta recuperation and run agaisnt Paris; even against Juventus) that led to great counter attacks. So what if our problems today are related, more than we think, to our bad middlefield.
