PSG in the CL:

2020- Final
2021- Semi
2022- RO16
2023- RO16
2024- Semi*

There's a clear pattern here.

He was a disastrous signing for PSG and has been poor in the CL knockouts for a long time. His penalty miss costed PSG the tie against RM. This is the difference in intensity between an International Tournament and a CL campaign. But nobody will talk about it because he's the most protected player in Football history.

Do his fans have the courage to admit that he was a flop at PSG?
He was a flop at PSG, but obviously significantly regressed and out-of-prime and football changing hasn't helped him either.

He was 10x more athletic than he is now/was at PSG during his prime years.

I watched mostly of Psg games and he was hardly a flop, not super wow either, mostly ok in a Psg project that was all over the place. Oh and before Messi joined Psg they finished second in the league, and after he joined they won it again, hmm almost like there is a pattern here....

2022 - eliminated by winners RM

2023- eliminated by Bayern

2024 - Were so shit that they shouldn't be out of the groups but referee gave them a pass out. From 2nd place they got the best draw in Sociedad , were down 2 goals vs us when Araujo decided to get a red and now they will face Dortmund for a place in the final , Lmao.

Bad troll attempt.

Also , you know that someone is the GOAT when his signing is called a disastrous one after having 67g+a in 75 games.

PSG shit the bed against RM and Bayern with an awfully constructed squad in 2022, with coaches who were built for underdog team and not for winning teams.
Messi himself wasn't that good, and was more or less in his semi-retirement while only caring about NT.
Now they have a serious coach and better project that isn't built on being star oriented like it was between 2017-2023

I heard that after scoring 2 and assisting 1 , he decided to take a nap on the field ?

From anyone who watched the game , this true ?

If true , then shameless from him. His PR will get him out of this again.

Most protected football player ever.

Messi disappointed, but to put it all on him is a casual take and there's always more context to it - this topic has been discussed to death already.

Messi wasn't good for PSG, not in UCL anyway, but the "semi" this season could well have been "exit in group stages" if a ref didn't gave them a free penalty.

Context matters.

Jesus Christ you can't be this gullible. He lost a dribble against two defenders which took him down and he stayed down momentarily as he wasn't happy with getting beat despite winning the match.

 This guy really spends his Sunday frothing about Messi/ Messi fans

Put this dog out of his misery
Says the moron who spends his Sundays replying to my "troll posts". The irony!

That's like saying Madrid's CL run in 2022 could have been a QF exit easily coz you relied on luck and mistakes by the opposition just like PSG are this time.

The result matters.

Imagine using "results matter" as the argument to try and troll the player with the biggest and most complete team and individual trophy collection in football history

Like I said before: Take him to the shed and put him out of his misery. It's for his own good

P.S. Juventus in CL before CR7

2015: F
2016: R of 16 (Pep's Bayern beat them narrowly)
2017: F
2018: QF (narrowly lost to RM)

Juventus in CL after CR7

2019: QF
2020: R of 16 (lost to Lyon lmao)
2021: R of 16 (lost to Porto lmao)

Funny how narratives work isn't it?

from an objective perspective:

Bad example considering Juventus team quality between was 2014-2018 was superior to Juve after 2018

PSG's biggest mistake was selling their best player in big games ( Di maria) to replace him with Lionel who needed always a golden generation during his career to get the best out of him
