Showed several spurts of brilliance with his feet in the first half against Germany. Other than that, France was pretty contained by Germany so not his fault that he didn't have many chances.

He looked flashy as fuck but in hindsight, I don't think he really created a lot of chances with this stuff. Some stellar movement to get the ball the wings, could just make YouTube comps out of that one game, but after a while it also became kinda ineffective and he should've really exchanged some flashyness for a more direct approach in the final third. The side with Rüdiger and Boateng was really lanky, if he'd have just played around with his pace he could've gotten more out of his playtime.

Whatever.

By the way I would never equate having the best talents to having the best academies. Brazil is a football nation and has continued to produce many great players, I am not sure if the Brazilian academies can take the credit.

Who do you think raises and educates these players? Cultivates and molds their talent? How do you explain the oldest and most well resourced footballing country in England's absence of top talents or generally poor ball skills in their players? Why isn't Mexico dominant on an international level?

This is true, although with the Germans keeping it airtight at the back, it didn't look easy at all for him to utilize his speed, not to mention his teammates were also having an off day for the most part

Tell me, is your only function on this board to constantly praise Mbappe/Ney Ney?

And also shitposting / spamming everything they could find about them.

And they act like they are entitled to something when players perform well, while they have nothing to do with that.

If PSG will be forced to sell players due to FFP, we should go all in for him.

FFP may exclude them from European competition one day, but that's the maximum they can do. They can't force you to sell any player.

Qatar would accept not taking part in European competitions if that was needed to keep their players.

But would Mbappé accept that?
