Now that we already have the league. Why is he still playing our veterans like Xavi? Pep and Frank gave our youngster time to gain experience while Tito doesn't, even after winning the title.

He wants to get that 100 points and most probably doesn't believe playing the youngsters can do that, thus he's playing the older experienced players.

Next game against Malaga this Saturday I believe all of us here can already predict the starting 11 and the bench (barring any injuries):

Valdes
Alves - Masch - Pique - Alba
Xavi - Busquets - Iniesta
Alexis - Fabregas - Villa

Bench: Pinto, Pedro, Tello, Thiago, Song, Abidal and of course Adriano because Adriano is versatile.

Valdes will play, it would be his last game for the club.
And surely Abidal will play some minutes too, as a goodbye match.

Can someone explain how an elite club does not sack a manager after a 7-0 aggregate loss?

Because hs is so strong for letting the club alone for 3 month for his personal issue and beating his sickness.

What's the purpose of getting to 100 points? I don't understand. Does Tito get a bonus from Rossell or does La Liga give a bonus to the whole management?

Well one last time about rotation. It could be better but its identical to most other European clubs and other Barca seasons if not better. The only club that had mass rotation was Bayern and that was during the group stages and after they won the league. Some things are skewed e.g If Villa didnt break his leg last year he would have been in the 2000+ minute group and Cuenca would be in the 400 group Tello. Same for Thiago this year. He would be over 2000 without the months missed. The main thing is we could have stop playing the first team a while back but for what ever reason the dressing room have their minds set on it. We aren't the ones in there so we don't know why it hurt them so much last year but it clearly did. If they have some symbolic reason behind their quest only they will know but getting angry about it wont change their perspective.

Since we will have to pay Ajax a bit as he is on a long term deal.

I dont see Rosell doing that

But he has no problems splashing so much money on Neygoat. Oh right he would'nt get Nike kickbacks when if he spent on a good manager.

We take something away from Mourinho's Madrid. Pretty good motivation I say.

At the risk of Montoya Tello and Thiago leaving and jeopardizing our future?

Exactly... tello, montoya, bartra, THiago, Sergi Roberto ect should have been starting all these matches and Duelo should have got 30 mins a match.. instead we are chasing some pointless 100 points that no1 will remember in 3 months, meanwhile we will lose some important players.

La Masia is overrated and got too much attention. Bojan back then was better than Messi at La Masia but look where he is now.

The Tika Taka system dosent work under Tito and he cant develop young players like pep or klopp because he is a medicore trainer.

Just look a bartra.

This bit from the article says it all

The cold statistics show they have played games, but their participation has been limited to games of little importance, or if they were involved in the bigger matches, it’s because there was no other option.

Last year when pep was the manger he put tello against real madrid and he wasted 3 big chances and didnt even pass the ball to messi.

So ran across this article on AS: http://as.com/diarioas/2013/05/28/english/1369765631_592761.html

Wondering what your thoughts are as to Tito and his management as of late. Most notably, very possibly letting go of our star youth. I trust him, but wanted to get thoughts!

That article is spot on. I'm with Zebulun in that everytime I hear anything from Tito it's just depressing.
He doesn't know how to incorporate our youth and we don't have the money to replace our aging stars with younger world class players.
