Dani, thanks for everything and good luck. :worthy:

Yeah, but Lucho don't trust Aleix. This means that Roberto will be playing 50+ games next season.

Too early to say that. And Roberto played 49 games in all competitions this season so it won't change that much for him if this would be true. He'll just play more constantly in one position if he'll become our starting RB.

Yeah that's what I meant, - he'll play 50+ games as starter RB since it's looks to me that Aleix is becoming another Montoya. I mean the guy is fast and restless, but he looked very suspect defensively when he played and he hasn't even played against decent teams.

Why would he leave when he is guaranteed a double/treble each year for the next 2-3 years at Barca?
Anyways, one of the best rbs of his generation, and perhaps ever.

He was super close to not even getting renewed last season when the club thought they could replace him. Leaving when he has the chance is the smartest thing he could have done, as much as it hurts to say. He's also unlikely to get another major contract here, but other clubs will bend over backward to give him that kind of money.

I just read on ESPN that a part of his contract extension said that he gets to leave on a free transfer? Anyone else read this.
