If the team has reacted as negatively to these words as the fans who heard them, he has probably broken his trust with Ramos and the dressing room. Nobody holds the club hostage and nobody does it in the middle of title celebrations just to get a contract to stay in the team and be the frontal piece until whatever age his ego tells him to play until. Unless they know this ahead of time, this is not going to go down great.
