They need a CL SF vs Bayern in 2015 at Camp Nou like of a performance to hope to get to the final given the return leg is on Anfield...

Tbf that wasn't a very good team performance and messi was the sole reason for the 3-0 but yeah we have to be really really good against liverpool they aren't minnows that will let EV not exposed for his bang average tactics

They will tear us a new one if we play like how we played at OT.

That's just not true. Bayern had 0 shots on target in that game. Alves played a big part in the first goal of Messi. When your opponent doesn't shoot on target you have pretty big chances of winning a game.

Btw if we beat United and lose to Liverpool it more than likely will be because it's a true 50/50 CL Semi Final.. not because of poor tactics like the Roma episode, which Valverde should have been sacked after imo.

The only reason it's a true 50-50 tie is because they have a great manager and we don't. That's what makes it 50-50, not the players they have. It is the fact that under Klopp they have become a force in Europe. They play more like a team than we do, and that is usually the mark of a great manager.

They have a great manager ? The guy is just in the job and the feel good part is wearing off already , they were garbage again yesterday and when we dump them out the fans will be looking for a new manager.

The reason why they are a top 2 team in the PL is thanks to him. If he leaves they will be back to competing for 4th place.

Haha , they are fifth in the league and wont be in the CL next year. Hes a nice guy and a fans favourite but to say hes a great manager is comical.

Robertson, Alexander-Arnold, Milner, Henderson, Matip, Wijnaaldum, Salah, Firmino.

Some of this guys weren't even rated before Klopp. Milner was a meme for what Messi did to him. Firmino and Salah were two good players and that's all, nowhere near the players they are now. They came from Roma, and Hoffenheim ffs.

Salah was a Chelsea reject who did well at Fiorentina and Roma. Everybody here made fun of Salah in Roma vs Madrid for being a pace merchant and not much else.

Only world class player, or even close to that, that they ever signed under Klopp is Van Dijk. Every other player has grown leaps and bounds under Klopp, and this is why they are where they are.

Same as Borussia Dortmund really. Dortmund were just a good team in Bundesliga, but nothing spectacular, before Klopp. He came, made them back to back Champions and CL finalists, all while playing some of the most spectacular high-octane football in Europe.

Best midfielder around
Love hearing Solskjær cry about their tight schedule with 3 games in 6 days or whatever when United had like a whole week of rest before their first leg against us while we only had a couple of days after playing Atletico, no less. Hope we destroy them on Tuesday. Ole is a fraud. Won’t last for long.

It was very good performance result wise and against a really strong Bayern. If Barca will go with a 2-3 goal lead they have a chance so survive Anfield.

Today's training.
Starters from first leg + Roberto played some 5 v 5.
It probably means we'll see the same eleven from Valverde on tuesday.
