Real were favourites v Barca in that game and rightfully so.

City would have to fuck up massively to go out in that game as they are the better side and dont need to chase it as has been Peps downfall too often in CL.

Aye.

Btw Welcome back, old sport.

Klopp weakness has always been defensively strong managers counter attacking football generally has this issue against them just possession base teams weakness against the counter and defensive base teams against possession.

You would think Liverpool are a miserable bunch, but these clowns take embarassement to a whole new level.

Cringe levels off the charts.

Neymar did the same trolling over Rabiot and Kurzawa celebration 3 years ago. This is the answer to Dortmund social media trolling after the first leg.

It shows they were actually quite scared of Dortmund and Haaland. I would take that as a show of respect and fear if i was Haaland.

PSG is not going further anyway so we can celebrate as if we won it.

Against the best 16m box striker each of us has ever seen whether we admit it or not. If Liverpool had Ronaldo tonight they would've went through. Atletico style is all wrong for Ronaldo. All these last ditch interventions where Atletico players barely got the upper hand against Liverpool attackers would go horribly wrong against someone like Ronaldo.

I was just correcting him, not arguing or anything
And yeah, crosses and header have been AM main weakness. Though not exclusive to CR7 (Ramos has something to say about it too)

Is this a jab at Halaand?

Yes. Because Dortmund and players like Witsel (posting a picture with 2 fingers raised in front of referee and the legend being "when the ref asks you how many goal Haaland will score today") trolled after the first leg.

As before, not exclusive to Ronaldo. He was instrumental in only 2 ties he played vs Atletico.

Surprisingly, he has always been better in CL for us than in domestic competitions. But overall, he is known for 1 shot on target = 1 goal against PSG. He had a serie like that where he conceded something like 14 goals out of 14 or 15 shots on target the year we lost the title to Monaco.

He is not a terrible keeper but he is useless. In CL, you need a keeper who will step up his game and make those needed saves to keep you in the tie. Put Areola in that Atletico team ans they lose by 3 goals.

Surely you can't be 'not terrible' and 'useless' at the same time.

I'm fairly certain I recall some good saves against RM. Didn't he save a 1 on 1 in that 17/18 tie?

Jury's out on him as far as I'm concerned, but I do think he'll suffer from just being a different player that squad isn't really used to.

Still a bit pathetic. Club getting riled up by a 19 year old.

They are not riled up by Haaland but by the trolling about Haaland by Dortmund social media and its players.

Here is Witsel trolling :

If anything, it highlights the fact PSG players were quite affected by Dortmund and its players social media posts. Show PSG players are not that confident and strong mentally to be so easily sucked in.
