People thought the Griezmann rumors were clicks for tabloids too. It's not too far-fetched that Neymar want to leave PSG and their tinpot league and return to Barcelona with our shameless business first board seriously considering it.

Thiago left and cannot return, but Neymar can because he makes them money. Going to be great to see how people spin this.

Getting Neymar would probably be profitable for the team, TV ratings would go up. However, with both Coutinho and Dembele now at Neymar's position, it is hard to see the team making this move. Even if this move would improve the team's performance on the field, the disruption would be immense.

I would say that the positions least likely for Barca to try to improve would be the right side and left side forwards.
